Hotel Regina del Bosco features a bright, generously sized dining room with seating for 100 guests, where you can savor the best of local gastronomy.

We’re open daily for lunch (12:00 PM – 2:30 PM) and dinner (7:00 PM – 9:00 PM), offering an evening gourmet menu of three courses with a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts, in addition to a rich salad and vegetable buffet.

In the morning, enjoy a breakfast featuring both sweet and savory zero-mile products and homemade pastries. Upon request, we also provide vegetarian and vegan dishes to accommodate every dietary need.

Our culinary offerings pay special attention to Trentino’s tradition and the use of zero-mile ingredients. You’ll be able to try typical dishes such as tortei di patate (potato fritters), canederli (bread dumplings), goulash, venison stew, spätzle, homemade tagliatelle, and many other genuine specialties.
